A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your birthday party date and time. ☀️
Your deposit will be applied toward your total party balance. The remaining balance will be due at check-in on the day of your party.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 💛
*Cancellations made more than 7 days before your party will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Need to change your date? You may reschedule your party once with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to your new date.
Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of your party may be subject to additional charges, as we have reserved the space and staff specifically for your celebration.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the party will be responsible for the full remaining balance.*
