We will work with you to find the best available date for your birthday or private party.

We recommend booking your Sun Tot birthday party as early as possible, especially for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday celebrations, as those dates tend to fill up quickly!

Once your date and time are selected, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required toofficially reserve your party. Your deposit will be applied toward your total party balance.

We understand that plans can change! 💛 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party and is applied toward your total.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your party will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Need to change your date? You may reschedule your party once with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to your new date.

Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of your party may be subject to additional charges, as we have reserved the space and staff specifically for your celebration.

No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the party will be responsible for the full remaining balance.

Yes! All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for the entire duration of the party. Sun Tot is not a drop-off childcare facility, so children may not be left unattended.

Adults are welcome to enjoy the celebration alongside their little ones! 💛

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in and getting settled.

Please note that party setup and decorating time is not included before your scheduled party start time. Your party space will be ready for you when your party begins, but we are unable to provide additional time beforehand for setup.

If you need extra time for decorating or setup, please ask about our additional-time options when booking. 💛

Your party time begins promptly at your scheduled start time, so we want to makesure you have plenty of time to enjoy every minute of your celebration!

We offer a few easy options to help keep your party guests happy! Our Sun Sips Coffee Bar and Tot Refreshment Package are available as birthday party add-ons.

Our café also offers a selection of freshly made toasts that you can purchase during your celebration. For larger meals, we recommend bringing your own party favorites, such as cake, cupcakes, pizza, Chick-fil-A, or other family-friendly foods.

Outside food and drinks are welcome for birthday parties, so you can make your celebration exactly what you want! 💛

We want you to make your little one’s celebration uniquely theirs! Your birthdaypackage includes a tablecloth in the color of your choice, but we ask that you provide any additional decorations you’d like for your party.

Want to make decorating one less thing to worry about? We also offer a Themed Table Setup add-on, where we’ll gather and coordinate decorations for your party table so you can simply arrive and celebrate! 💛

Forgot something? No worries! If you need a birthday candle, card, gift, or afew last-minute party essentials, we have select items available for purchase at Sun Tot. 🎂🎁✨

Want to celebrate after our regular business hours? We’d love to make it happen! After-hours parties are available by request and subject to staff availability. A $100 after-hours fee applies.

Sunday parties are already considered special private events and include an extra 30 minutes of celebration time! 🌞

Take your party table to the next level with a themed table setup designed for 12 little guests! ☀️ Choose a theme or color palette, and we’ll take care of the details with coordinated tableware, a tablecloth, and fun themed décor to bring it all together.

$70 per party — just show up, celebrate, and let us handle the setup! 💛

Want to keep the celebration going a little longer? We’d love to! 💛 Additional party time is available when scheduling permits and can be added in 30-minute increments for $50 per additional 30 minutes.

Additional time must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Keep the grown-ups fueled! ☀️ Our Sun Sips Coffee Bar package includes one handcrafted drink for up to 15 adults during your birthday celebration.

Guests can choose any drink from our coffee bar menu, including espresso drinks, lattes, cold brew, signature lattes, seasonal favorites, and more. ☕️💛

Keep the little guests refreshed and ready to play! Each child receives a boxed juice, boxed water, and a sweet package of gummies. 💛

$70 Serves up to 12 children. Additional children can be added for $7.50 each.
